Terms of Service

By accessing or using Lineup, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Lineup on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Lineup provides a SaaS platform for print-on-demand warehouse operations. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce core functionality during a paid subscription period without a pro-rata refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share accounts across organizations — each tenant is a separate account.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Trials are 14 days; your card is charged on day 15 unless cancelled. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

You may not use Lineup to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Resell access without our written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it only to provide the service. On cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data before it is purged. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is excluded. The Enterprise plan includes a formal SLA with remedies. Other plans receive commercially reasonable efforts only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lineup's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms. On termination, your access ends and data is retained for 30 days for export.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lineup is registered. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration unless you opt out within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms.

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be emailed to account owners.
