Privacy Policy

Lineup (“Lineup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the platform at lineupops.com and app.lineupops.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information we collect when you use our services.

We collect:

• Account information: name, email address, company name, password (hashed).
• Billing information: handled by Stripe. We store only the last 4 digits of your card and Stripe customer ID.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration.
• Operational data: orders, products, dealer records, shipping labels — data you enter to run your warehouse.

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the Lineup platform.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, invoices) via Postmark.
• Respond to support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your data is stored in Neon Postgres (US region) and Cloudflare R2. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Backups are taken daily with 7-day retention. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id.

We share data with the following processors to provide our service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Postmark — transactional email
• Neon — database hosting
• Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, R2 object storage
• Railway — application hosting

We use a session cookie (lineup_session) to keep you logged in. It is HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. We do not use tracking cookies until you provide consent via the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after cancellation (to allow data export). After 30 days, tenant data is purged. Audit logs are retained for 7 years for legal compliance.
